If the changes are not structural yes, but if they substantially change the finished product a new estimate will be made. If the new estimate is not accepted and you wish to cancel the entire project a payment equal to 50% of the initially accepted amount will be required. Example: the quote for a showcase site is €500 but you want to make it into a €5,000 e-commerce in the process. If the client wants to cancel everything he will have to pay 250€ penalty.
