Understand how customers think, how they operate, and analyze the current state of the business.

Strengths and weaknesses

Make a list of strengths and weaknesses so as to improve its operational flow and/or increase customers.

Define the plan of action

Whether it is a site, software, or IT intervention, it is important to establish priorities, implementation steps, and timelines.

Project implementation

Put the action plan into action by updating the client.
If any issues arise or there are any new ideas, it is good to discuss them with the client so that they are satisfied with the finished product.

Final tests

Whatever type of work is required, it is important to test that everything is consistent and functional in every part before delivering it.

Delivery

At this stage, it is not enough to just "hand over the keys" to the client, you need to give them a "summary of previous episodes," point out if there are any highlights or things to pay special attention to.
